The CrowdPass Features Used
CIA used the Crowdpass mobile app to streamline their college move-in process. By scanning students’ QR codes through the app, CIA staff were able to efficiently direct each student to the correct building.
Attendees presented their QR at the check in area were given directions on where to go for parking and all move information
Dashboard was used to upload all student information into CrowdPass and send out QR codes that were used for check-in upon arrival.

CIA needed to manage the high-volume move-in day for incoming students, ensuring they were directed quickly and accurately to their assigned dorms.
The Solution:
Students received personalized QR codes linked to their dorm and room information. On arrival, staff used CrowdPass scanning tools to check them in and direct them to the correct building.
