Kalunga in the Jungle partnered with CrowdPass to manage multiple event areas with different access levels, replacing traditional wristbands and manual checks with NFC-powered zone control.
The Challenge
The festival needed to manage multiple event areas with different access levels for VIP and general-admission guests. Traditional wristbands and manual checks caused delays in entry lines and made it difficult to monitor movement between zones.
The Solution
CrowdPass deployed CrowdReaders at all entry points to control access between different zones. Each attendee received a custom NFC-enabled wristband paired to their ticket type, enabling quick tap-and-go entry into appropriate areas.
Results
The festival achieved fast, secure, and frictionless movement between VIP and general areas. Staff could easily monitor capacity and control access in real time, while guests experienced smooth, modern check-in and zone-to-zone access.
