The Challenge
The activation aimed to enhance fan engagement through distribution of branded LED wristbands to 15,000 fans, collect fan information including name, email, zip code, and phone number, capture interest in season, group, partial and premium ticket offerings, and promote ticket sales by incentivizing participation with a chance to win two suite tickets to a future home match.
The Solution
CrowdSync distributed 15,000 branded LED wristbands at stadium entry. Each featured a QR code directing fans to a CrowdPages data capture form. An incentive of two suite tickets motivated participation.
Results
The collaboration produced a highly effective fan engagement campaign. 4,536 QR code scans demonstrated strong fan engagement. 2,494 fans completed the form, and 1,690 fans (67.8%) opted into promotional emails. Data collected revealed insights into fan ticket product preferences for future sales strategies.
